Muscle Tight?

I often hear comments in the practice..."My muscles are so tight!"

Do we remember what gets our muscles tight in the first place? Like everything else...our nervous system!

If we are accumulating stress (physical, mental or emotional) we develop Subluxations leading to tight muscles and more importantly a lowered performance.

If we perceive our world to be stressful place - our body will reflect our thoughts and tighten our muscles.

One of the coolest thing about our existence is our ability to change our perceptions and thoughts about the world.  Do you exercise that freedom regularly?
