Subluxations...Why?

I wonder why people think that when they have spinal subluxations, it is always related to something they did physically?

This is one of the biggest challenges I face in practice today. Communicating the concept of Subluxations.

When I see a client mentioning his or her impression of their spine and stating that "something is out" - they automatically gauge what they did or did not do physically.

"Oh I was lifting something heavy!"

"Oh I was sitting for too long!"

"Oh I did not work out!"

What about the rest of your self? Your chemical and emotional self?

Were you stressed about your career? Your family?

Did you forget to meditate or attend a spiritual gathering?

Did you eat too much? too little?

Was it the anti-histamines?

Our bodies are not divided. The nerves carry all types of information. Your lifting techniques to your accomplishments at work. When your body hears your mind and incorporates what you put in your mouth it will reflect on your spine.

There is even a chance that if the inner wisdom (Innate Intelligence) of the body disagrees, it might create a subluxation. Possible?
